Things aren't that bad at WR. Bob Sanders likes how Stone has looked during the past two spring games. If Matt freaking Vandeberg is an "upgrade" in any way, at any position, Iowa is more fucked than even I thought.

Not what I said at all, reading comprehension fail. I bolded the things I didn't say for clarity.Things aren't that bad at WR. Like Don Shumpert's before it. I hate that game and how Kirk coaches it.VandeBergs drop vs ISU was huge.
Matt VandeBerg should hire Sharpton the way he's being treated. He's tall, fast and if he were black we would be thrilled about his contributions as a true soph and excited about his upside.
At Iowa any wr over 6 ft is considered tallMatt VandeBerg should hire Sharpton the way he's being treated. He's tall, fast and if he were black we would be thrilled about his contributions as a true soph and excited about his upside.
He's the same height as Ed Hinkel.
Or he was standing next to McCarronHe looks taller than that. Probably because he's skinny.
Dolph " Iowa in a 3 white formation...."I thought that McCarron was a Senior, but noticed he will only be a Junior next year. Iowa is going to give significant snaps to Vandeberg, McCarron and Stone next year.
What other BCS programs have this many white WR's getting snaps, especially when 2 of them are fucking walk-ons and the third guy was nearly a walk-on?
Less, McCarron is the worst player to play a snap at Iowa last year.Riley McCarron and Andrew Stone will both have taken significant snaps by the end of next year. There is less than 5% of Power 5 schools that this would happen at.
He was the lone receiver a fuckload of times this season. And threw it deep to him. Those stand out to me more than that. Either way, not good. The play that summarizes the season was a game where Iowa was within the 10 yard line of the opponent and McCarron was the lone receiver.
Does it matter? My recollection was vandy was lone wide and targeted deep far more often than Riley
No. All white receivers are the same guy.Does it matter? My recollection was vandy was lone wide and targeted deep far more often than Riley
They would have said the same thing about Hayden.Bert still can't keep his assistants.
Hayden's guys left for lateral moves? They would have said the same thing about Hayden.Bert still can't keep his assistants.
Your mom.Who took over for Bill Snyder when he went to KState?
Most of Arkansas' staff was given an extension this year, but Chaney was not.Hayden's guys left for lateral moves?
Good one!!Your mom.Who took over for Bill Snyder when he went to KState?
Not sure & it's bugging me. Frank Verducci was my guess.....he coached the o-line after Kirk left. Google isn't helping right now.Patterson?
Thank you.Carl Jackson took over for Snyder. Don Patterson was after that.
It was never Verducci. Not sure & it's bugging me. Frank Verducci was my guess.....he coached the o-line after Kirk left. Google isn't helping right now.Patterson?
Every Iowa coach has been hated at some point.Donny Patterson was fucking hated, BTW. Maybe not Greg Davis hated, but it was up there.
Well, if you're going to have one on the field, neither would be my first choice. Certainly.Does it matter? My recollection was vandy was lone wide and targeted deep far more often than Riley
I thought Carl was rb coach, didn't recall him being ocCarl Jackson took over for Snyder. Don Patterson was after that.

I'd pay $1,000 to get a headset and listen to Kirk Ferentz call every play of one game.
